Work with us: become a founding reviewer
Help BCBA candidates study from material that's right. Review our original BCBA practice questions and lesson notes for accuracy, from home, in batches that fit around your caseload.
The work
- Review original practice questions: the stem, the answer key and the explanation for every option, checked against the BCBA Test Content Outline (6th ed.) and the Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
- Review lesson notes: short study notes for each outline task: a definition, examples and non-examples, what it's often confused with, and a study tip.
- Mark each item correct or needs a change, with a short note and a source for any fix. A simple review sheet, no special software.
What you get as a founding reviewer
- A share of sales. 10% of course sales for the first 12 months is shared between our founding reviewers, split by how many items each person reviewed. It's paid monthly via PayPal.
- Your name on the course. With your permission, we credit you publicly as a reviewer. It's good for your CV and your profile.
- Free lifetime access to the full course, to use with supervisees.
- Start with a short trial batch. If it's a good fit, we offer ongoing batches, and you choose which ones to take.
- Fully remote and flexible. Work when it suits you, within an agreed turnaround for each batch.
- Credit if you want it. With your permission, we name our reviewers on the site.
What we need
- A current BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing. We check every applicant on the BACB Certificant Registry.
- No access to, or use of, real BACB exam content. Everything we publish is original. You must not hold, share or draw on real exam questions or any recalled exam content, and current or former BACB exam item writers can't take part.
- Careful, precise written English and strong command of Cooper, Heron & Heward terminology and the Ethics Code.
- Nice to have: experience supervising trainees or RBTs, or teaching behavior-analytic coursework.
